About the event
Join us at the Churchville Nature Center for a Fall for All lesson followed by a Reptile Smiles lesson. Cost for this event is $7.50/child. Payment can be sent via VENMO to @abby-maher. Please notate what event payment is for when making payment. PLEASE NOTE THAT IN ORDER TO HAVE THIS EVENT, WE NEED A MINIMUM OF 18 KIDS SIGNED UP. If we do not reach the minimum by 9/30 the event will be canceled and rescheduled for the spring. Any payments sent in by that point will be refunded. Thank you!
Fall for All
Autumn is a beautiful time to explore changes in the natural world! Students will learn why leaves change color and fall off branches; why some birds migrate, and others remain; what insects do in winter; and where reptiles and amphibians go when it grows cold outdoors.
Reptile Smiles
This is a unique program that features live snakes, lizards and turtles. Students will learn the important roles that these diverse and fascinating creatures have in ecosystems. This is an indoor program, and students remain as on large group or class.
